Hey Persona, time to update the "toad morph glitch" page on the site here? I'm 99% sure those are the only other 2 spots in the game that the glitch works.

Necrosnake: I think most good pics/movies of DS screens are done with web-cams. Most digital cameras are not made to take good pics when it is that close to something. I've never been able to take very good pics of my DS screen either:(

I'll update later today. Formatted my PC and have no Dreamweaver at the moment.

Necrosnake: just what outofthegamer said. I tried my friend's digital cam and his mobile phone camera but there were black lines on the screen.

Anything related to videos seem to work fine though.

Since it's a huge update, there's bound to be errors somewhere. Tell me if you spot any.

Also would be nice if someone drew the boundary lines for the new toad morph glitch areas.

Also the next update is going to be the last update for this year. It gives me time to polish stuff around the site and um, slack.

usually if u take the game card out while its running the game freezes and the music...
well it cant be good for ur ears...

the music should keep playing after its frozen

very odd it continues normally in a loop...
wats odder is...well
uh if u have 2 ds's (i do cause my first ones bottom screen broke but it still playes games)
do the music continueing glitch then put the game card in the other ds and u can play the same song on both at the same time with the same game card
if u do it again u can have 2 dses playing the song and no game card in them...
so basically given an infinite number of ds's and just 1 portrait of ruin game card
i can play the sme song on all of them at the same time rofl

nother glitch one time i beat true dracula then just kept pressing start and jonathon and charlotte started walking away from dracula while he was evaporating or watever in the light...
press start alot again skipped to "Data has been saved."
and then an odd thing happened...
a big blotch of pixeles in different colors appeared on random parts of my screen enter game my map was ruined(temporarily turn of then on to fix) my top screen was messed up in every scree except konami and the black screen with the cross in the middle...

i no why the maria only mode glitch happens
if u ever get an old axe armor in the highscores of ur game...
ull see axe armor and maria next 2 him
basically wen the programmers designed the game they thought itd be simple to make ols axe armor have 2 characters insted of reprogramming the game setup just for him
so marias his partner but u cant switch to her if u culd switch characters in old axe armor mode doing maria only glitch wuld give u maria then u can also switch to old axe armor
if u culd do an odd glitch that lets u collect the switch characters relic in that mode thatd work 2...

The update looks great, thanks for the credit!! The boundaries for the new "outside" areas are lined up with the outside walls of the 2 rooms that are left and above of the room you start in....Unless you do Corey's trick to get up to the next room up*. So, basically left and up for 55 map screens**

**I just finished testing the actual limit of the outside area; in the Drac castle spots and the nation of fools/burnt paradise spots, if you go left for approx. 2 hours and 45 minutes (about 55 map crossings) you will return to the room you started in...but on the right side of it. The only problem is, I have not tested to see how far up you can go in the NoF/BP outside areas.
...so this may make the boundaries for those areas difficult to define. After more testing, I suspect the boundaries will be covering the almost the whole map screen, except for the area in the vertical axis & horizontal axis that the big room is in. I don't know if that makes sense,,,but I'll try to draw something to illustrate it.

*In the room above the big room, "Corey's room", the boundaries are the same as the Drac castle areas. Btw, Corey: good find man, it worked just like you said and would make for a great screen shot if I could take a good pic of it:)

edit: here's something...

note: those are the boundaries for the original map screen that you start on; all other (54?) map screens can be fully explored.

i just made a video of me standing in place and went into windows movie maker and took individual frames out.

Recent Weapons VK Glitch

Enter a completed Jonathan save, equip the VK, save & quit. Start a NG+ and don't equip more than 2-3 different weapons until you beat Whip's Memory. Now look at the recent weapons and you'll notice that there's a red VK x 0 and a white VK x 1.

Dunno if it's really a glitch, but it sure is weird.

uh serris u dont need a ng+ i did it 100% accidently on my first run though the game i just equipped normal VK not long b4 beating whips memory and both VKs were there...not an odd glitch really
probably not a glitch at all...

also if u do the same thing 4 maria only mode glitch for another mode (jonathon sisters richter)ull be the opposite character at start
and if done 2 jonathon game ull have charlotte in front insted of jonathon in beggining event with vincent

Guess I need to change the description. But can someone test the last 1-2 digits when pressing R? For me the errors are still there. If they're still there then what should I call it? A glitch or some kind of error?

Something weird: Go with OAA to the right exit of the room with the two Minotaurs in Dark Academy and stand under the thin ledge. When you double jump or jump + super jump upwards, you'll land on the ledge like you're supposed to. However, when you press up + L instead, you will fall straight through it on your way back down. I tried it with Jonathan and Richter and other thin ledges, but it doesn't happen anywhere or with anyone else.

OAA Doppelganger is a pain if you enter his room with Puppet Master skill equipped.

... Yeah, that's not a glitch. Just annoying. >_>

I found a partly pointless glitch
1. Get Johnathan stoned
2. Use toad or owl morph spell with the R button (if it doesn't work re equip it)
3. You can stay toad/owl and make cracking noises or press R agian to be normal but with cracking noise and your still considered stone until you button mash like crazy and turn back to normal.
This way you can get out of getting stone fast and you will be able to attack
