Use your dagger subweapon (mastered version would most likely be better) and spam it on the top half area of the Amphisbaena (the woman area) to make it move backwards. Once it touches the wall, the glitch will now be able to be started. The faster you spam your daggers on her top half area, the more the Amphisbaena will float into the air.
